Re: Absolutely great tracks by people who can barely sing?
I always thought Paul Young couldn't sing but made some great tracks.

Who's the mug who sings that fucking dreadful song 'love lifts us up where we belong, where the eagles fly' etc etc. - fucking tripe.

Sounds like fingernails on a blackboard - how the fuck did he ever get to a recording studio.

By the way, for ffs sack that fat cunt Allardyce.

GG Allin had a fair few great tracks, despite being not much of a singer.

Ayris, jobseeker is a genius song. Don't think Williamson is to fussed about singing somehow. Good call btw.

Ian Brown. How the stone roses stuck with him is truly a waste of a great band. Well their loss!

Des O'Connor always came across really well because he was a Stepney boy. However, his dad Harry was my neighbour in Priory Rd in the shadow of Upton Park and always said (and I quote) 'Des is a right cunt'.

I'd like to add my favourite can't sing properly sex-kitten Nico of the Velvet Underground singing 'All tomorrows parties'.

It's not the voice it's the sound the voice makes.
